Volgens de organisatie SanSet Entertainment is het nu de hoogste tijd om ook het Surinaamse volk te laten genieten van hun kaseko iconen. De organisatie benadrukt dat het in deze show niet gaat om covers maar om de echte kaseko hits, gezongen door de originele kaseko iconen. De muzikale begeleiding zal in handen zijn van een twintigkoppige Bigi Poku Toppers Bigband onder leiding van \u00a0arrangeur en trompettist Setish Bindraban.<\/p>\n
De kaseko iconen die zullen optreden zijn: Iwan Esseboom, Dagga Tiendari, Errol Burger, Mighty Linka, Rensch ‘Rensje’ Adipi en Imro Lioe A Joe. “Voor het eerst zullen deze iconen samen het podium delen. Suriname dit mag je niet missen. Srefidensi wordt goed ingeluid”, zegt Bindraban aan dWT. In het voorprogramma staat de populaire toneelgroep A SA Go. Bigi Poku Toppers is een muzikaal eerbetoon aan de grondleggers van Kaseko welke in de volksmond ook wel bekend staat als Bigi Poku.<\/p>\n
